I’ve taken an obvious hiatus from my weight loss journey and I’ve just recently realized that that’s okay. Sometimes life happens that way.
Anyhow, I’m starting over. New month? New season? New me. I’m just getting over a re-occurance of mono, which seems to happen once every few months when I forget I’m not invincible. First official weigh in will take place tomorrow morning before work.
Today, I rest up and get the rest of this sickness out of my system. Eat clean and focus. (:
